- Shrimp Boil @ Greensgrow Farms: Come out to support Greensgrow Farms, a local Philly farmstand, CSA and garden supply all-in-one, for a Shrimp Boil and dance party! The organization, which also operates many community-serving programs such as a low-income CSA, educational programming and community kitchen, will be serving up a low country boil complete with Zydeco dance party and surprise raffles! - Painting Workshop: ReStore Montco of Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County, PA is presenting a painting workshop to demonstrate techniques and supplies for furniture painting. Held at ReStore Montco, HeartWork Organizing owner, Darla DeMorrow will lead the hands-on event, providing inspiration for reviving furniture, like the pieces found at ReStore Montco, ready for their transformation. - Volunteer Day @ Francisville Farm & Orchard: Urbanstead and Francisville NDC are teaming up with local volunteers for a fun day of farming and green-work.
