Free Yoga Mondays at PHS Pops Up Garden

Free Yoga? At the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society’s Pop Up Garden at 20th &  Market? Awesome! Deets below:

What:  Nutrition and Standing Yoga in the Garden – FREE programs

When:  August Mondays: 22, & 29. Nutrition starts at 12:30 and Standing Yoga starts at 1 pm.

WHERE:  PHS* Pops Up Garden at 20th & Market Streets, Philadelphia

WHO: You, for FREE! Just wear athletic shoes & BYO water.

Not needed:  Yoga mat, pre-registration

Participants will experience physical & mental health benefits associated with gentle yoga and learn simple, effective ways to achieve a smart diet emphasizing fresh veggies & herbs. Sounds delish to me!
