The 20th anniversary of celebrating the Delaware River returns after a 3-year COVID hiatus.

The Delaware River Festival is returning on Saturday, Sept. 24 from 10 AM to 4 PM at Penn’s Landing in Philadelphia and Wiggins Park in Camden, New Jersey. This free festival includes face painting, games, environmental exhibitors, Water Woman and the Philadelphia Water Department’s famous water bar.

This duel-state event is hosted by the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary (PDE), the Philadelphia Water Department, the Center for Aquatic Sciences, Fairmount Water Works and Interpretive Center, the Independence Seaport Museum, Camden County, the Pennsylvania Coastal Resources Management, and other partners.
