Wineberry Harvest

freeIt’s not midsummer at the Schuylkill Center without wineberries. These invasive plants are plentiful on SCEE’s property, so come out and enjoy their sweet treats while helping us clear them out of the forest. They are delicious when baked in pies or muffins or can be enjoyed right off the vine. Bring your own collecting bag or pail—we’ll tell you the best spots to collect.
