Welcome winter with a variety of wellness exercises and programs on the natural landscape of the Schuylkill Center. Start off the morning with a gentle walk and beginner yoga on our trails with teacher Kelly Miller. Please bring a yoga mat or towel in addition to your walking shoes. Our wellness workshops occur on the last Saturday of every month and are free to the public. All programs are held outside on our beautiful trails; please dress for the weather. Free. No registration required.
