Welcome fall with a variety of wellness exercises and programs on the natural landscape of the Schuylkill Center. Mindfulness is our ability to focus on the present moment while acknowledging our feelings and thoughts. Studies have shown that practicing mindfulness can lead to positive effects on our physical and mental well-being. Our wellness workshops occur on the last Saturday of every month and are free to the public. All programs are held outside on our beautiful trails; please dress for the weather. Free.
