Storytelling Through Form Invention: A reCreate Workshop

Join Featured Artist Edelweiss Cardenas for our next reCreate Workshop! Participants in this workshop will use reclaimed yarn, paper, and postcards to create a narrative image inspired by these materials. Instruction on form invention exercises that incorporate ‘free-doodling’ and collage will be given along with some basic drawing direction if requested.

-The Resource Exchange will provide some basic crafting and collage materials, including pencils, reclaimed paper, scissors, and bits of yarn. Participants may bring their own supplies or any materials they’d like to incorporate into their work. A wide selection of low cost supplies can also be purchased from our inventory of reclaimed materials during the workshop.
