Councilmember Katherine Gilmore Richardson is hosting a Reduce Reuse Recycle Community Fair at Pleasant Playground in Northwest Philadelphia from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, April 9th. Philly residents can learn more about the circular economy and discover resources and services available to them to transition to a zero waste, circular lifestyle.
