Meatless Monday: Devouring Spring with Alicia Walter

The forager dropped off a list of finds, our farmer is flooding Instagram with photos of delicate greens and we’re up to our elbows in morels. Thank you, Spring. We’ve been waiting for you.

Meatless Monday is an international movement that encourages folks to fuhgettaboutmeat for one day a week and invite more vegetables into their meals. We accept the challenge and invite you to an interactive cooking class about turning impulse buys at the farmers market into vibrant, triumphant meals.

This class will be held upstairs around the counter in our open kitchen. Several courses will be prepared and shared; wine pairings are included.

Alicia Walter, Vetri Chef of Private Dining, had the honor of cooking at the James Beard House for Meatless Monday’s 10-Year Anniversary and the pleasure of teaching monthly Meatless Monday classes as the Resident Chef of La Scuola at Eataly NY.
