“Loco Lucho” Chef + Philly Boricuas Cook Up Event for Clean Water in Puerto Rico

Clean Water for Puerto Rico by Boricuas in PA is a fundraiser organized by six Philly-area women taking action to help 20,000 people get regular access to clean water on the hurricane-stricken Island. More than a month after Hurricane Maria, hundreds of thousands of families are still struggling to access this most basic human need. A native of the island, Liceaga comes from culinary royalty?—?his aunt and kitchen mentor is Carmen Aboy Valldejuli, author of the original Puerto Rican cooking bible, Cocina Criolla.
