Fiber Fantasy Yarn Bombing Community Art Installation

FreeCalling all knitters and crocheters of the Philadelphia community! Help us create a Secret Garden “Fiber Fantasy” as we yarn bomb the Awbury Arboretum in celebration of 2019: The Year of Natural Fiber. We will be decorating the entry gate, structures in AdventureWoods and wrapping simple bands around tree trunks. All skill levels welcome! Yarn and limited tools will be provided, please bring your hooks and needles (medium to jumbo size)
We will have an onsite community stitching day (April 7th) and an installation day (May 11th).
