Community Shred Day Offers Free, Safe Disposal of Personal Documents

Thursday, October 21, 2021 – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST, or until the truck is full.
JFS Wealth Advisors will hold a free, onsite shredding event which is open to the public until the truck is full of shredded paper. The community shred day will offer the chance to safely and securely dispose of any and all sensitive documents, including taxes, receipts, bills, and other confidential records.
Items that can be shredded: dry paper products; spiral-bound notebooks; staples and paper clips; photographs; cardboard.
Items that cannot be shredded: wet paper products; wood and wood products; binders or binder clips; printer and toner cartridges; plastics, including styrofoam; CDs, DVDs, flash drives, and other media.
Have a toy to donate? JFS Advisors will also be collecting holiday toy donations for Operation Jamie’s Angels.
