Beer and Bees Fundraiser with PennEnvironment

Second District Brewing is hosting an event to educate attendees about protecting our bees and other pollinators, and as a fundraiser for the non-profit environmental group, PennEnvironment and their “Save the Bees” campaign.

As part of this effort, we’ve created a one-time-only, limited time beer brewed with honey sourced from local bees. A portion of the profits from sales of this “Bee Friendly” beer will go towards PennEnvironment’s campaign to help save the bees.

We’ll also be doing food pairings, serving a special honey based cocktail, and have a limited edition keepsake glass available for purchase as part of this effort. Proceeds from the glassware will be donated to PennEnvironment as well.

Educational tables, information and bee-friendly tips for attendees will also be available.
