Appeals Hearing to SEPTA’s Methane Gas Plant in Nicetown

Neighbors Against the Gas Plants, Center for Returning Citizens and 350 Philadelphia will face SEPTA and Air Management Services at an Appeals Hearing challenging SEPTA’s air contamination permit for a fracked methane gas power plant on 4301 Wissahickon Ave. across the street from the Wissahickon Charter School and the Kroc Center for fitness and health.  The public is encouraged to attend and pack the hearing room!
