The one-stop shop for all of your green thumb desires, City Planter, is offering a class to help you build your own terrarium. What is a terrarium, you may ask? It’s basically a self-sustaining ecosystem in a glass where, after you water it once, will continue to grow and prosper in its own space. Nature!
If you’ve been to City Planter before, you’ve seen all of the decadent plant arrangements they have around the shop. You walk in the front door to find yourself in a jungle with uniquely crafted pots, succulents, and plants in every corner (and on every wall). Not a bad place to spend an evening.
If you sign up for this class, you’ll learn the skills to become a pro terrarium builder and get to take home what you make at the shop. Not only will you get to create a unique and beautiful terrarium, but you’ll also be served wine and cheese while you’re there. Pinkies up!
This class takes place on April 21st. Tickets are $50 per person and can be purchased via phone at 215.627.6169 or email at info@cityplanter.com. There is very limited space so make sure to get your tickets fast!
