Green Weekend Workout – Quick Tip

When I walked outside my door this morning, I couldn’t help but notice all the beautiful orange & yellow leaves on the sidewalk.

Which reminded me… I can gather them for the Philly Bagged Leaf Drive!

Rather than using a wind blower (or lawn mover, for you suburbanites) – Burn some calories & rake the leaves instead.

If you’re lucky enough to have land space, try reusing the decomposing leaves – they enhance native topsoil & vegetation, and prevent rain run-off.  But if you’re landlocked (like me), get some biodegradable bags for your leaf booty.
